The Four Steps Of Women's Fitness
Are you having a struggle with yourself about sticking to a women's fitness program? Do you start a program and half way through it quit? What is wrong? I've gone through this myself and have found the answer lies in motivation. How do you motivate yourself? I will discuss the four major ways to not only motivate you to complete the whole women's fitness program, but how to stick to it the rest of your life. There are four secrets to staying on-track: Planning your meals and your exercise program for each day, making these plans fit your schedule, executing all of these plans, and then rewarding yourself for each accomplishment you make, no matter how small.
Planning your women's fitness program is an absolute. Like the old saying goes, "If you don't plan to succeed, you are planning to fail." Make the process easy by creating a plan you can live with by knowing exactly what you will be doing each day. Plan and prepare your meals ahead of time, especially your lunch and snacks for work. Know which exercises you're going to do for each day. Write the schedule down and look at them each and every day.
Don't make your women's fitness program impossible for your life schedule. We don't need fantasy here, we need reality. You can't get up at 4:00 in the morning to head off to the gym before work if you're not getting to bed before midnight. This is impossible. Make your exercises fit in your schedule so you will have no excuses to get in your way.
And once you've got your women's fitness plan and it's doable, then execute the plan. Like Captain Picard said so often in Star Trek, "Make it so!" You'll be so proud of yourself when you take action. When you stick to your women's fitness program you're proud of yourself; you need to find an appropriate reward. I'm not talking about making the pizza parlor or the ice cream parlor your reward. Give yourself a wonderful soak in the tub with some candles and soft music. Buy yourself that special little outfit that was one size too small, once you get to that size. Do something for yourself that says, "I'm proud of me and I love me!" It is good to love yourself. How can anyone else love you if you don't first love yourself? Create a women's fitness schedule for your exercises and meals each day. Take action and reward yourself. You'll get to your goals in no time and keep yourself on track the rest of your life! Now, keeping yourself on track is a whole new chapter on women's fitness. Tell you the little secret on that later.
